NEWS: Shea Foster Exploring Grad Transfer Options

The Stride Report has confirmed that Shea Foster (Southeast Louisiana) is currently on the transfer portal and is looking to use his two years of remaining eligibility elsewhere as a graduate transfer starting in the fall of 2021.

2020 has been a nearly-unbelievable breakout year for Foster who has secured massive personal bests of 14:00 (5k) and 28:40 (10k) over the past month while competing unattached.

Prior to the pandemic, Foster held modest personal bests of 4:15 (mile), 8:39 (3k) and 15:00 (5k) according to TFRRS. The Texas native has battled injuries during his time in college which explains the extended eligibility that he has remaining.

Foster is currently looking at Oklahoma State, Ole Miss, Portland and Washington.
