HOW TO WATCH: 2025 European Athletics U23 Championships

The next generation of Europe’s top track and field talent will take center stage at the 2025 European Athletics U23 Championships. The meet, hosted in Bergen, Norway, will take place from Thursday, July 18 to Sunday, July 21.


With stars-in-the-making representing powerhouse nations like Great Britain, Germany, France and the Netherlands, this four-day event is a must-watch for anyone paying attention to global distance running development.



How to Watch

The entire meet will be live-streamed on the European Athletics’ platform, provided by Eurovision Sport. To watch, you are required to create a European Athletics account. The official stream is your best bet for uninterrupted event-by-event viewing.


European Athletics typically offers live results, splits and race videos on its website and different social media outlets. For real-time updates, you can follow along on the European Athletics Twitter / X and Instagram feeds.


Daily updates will also be made available on the European Athletics' YouTube channel.

Thursday, July 17th

  • 12:00 pm -- Women's 800 meters (prelims)

  • 12:35 pm -- Men's 1500 meters (prelims)

  • 1:00 pm -- Men's 10,000 meters


Friday, July 18th

  • 6:10 a.m: Women's 3000 meters steeplechase (prelims)

  • 6:50 a.m: Women's 1500 meters (prelims)

  • 7:30 a.m: Men's 800 meters (prelims)

  • 1:50 p.m: Women's 10,000 meters



Saturday, July 19th

  • 5:35 a.m: Women's 10,000 meter race walk

  • 6:50 a.m: Men's 3000 meters steeplechase (prelims)

  • 11:45 a.m: Men's 1500 meters

  • 12:30 p.m: Men's 5000 meters

  • 1:20 p.m: Women's 3000 meters steeplechase

  • 1:40 p.m: Women's 800 meters


Sunday, July 20th

  • 5:10 a.m: Men's 10,000-meter race walk

  • 7:05 a.m: Men's 3000 meters steeplechase

  • 10:15 a.m: Women's 1500 meters

  • 10:35 a.m: Women's 5000 meters
