Earlier today, the University of Minnesota announced that they will be cancelling the 2020 Roy Griak Invitational. The cancellation falls in accordance with the BIG 10's decision to adopt a conference-only schedule for its member institutions this year.
Earlier this week, the University of Wisconsin announced that they were cancelling their famed Nuttycombe Invitational for the 2020 cross country season. Their decision also came in the wake of the BIG 10 announcing a conference-only schedule for this year.
The Roy Griak Invitational has been a nationally-recognized and historically competitive meet for years now, hosting numerous schools from a variety of divisions as well as many competitive high school programs.
